One of my most awesomest friends sent me an A.C. Moore gift card (Thanx, Kat) for my birthday a few weeks ago and I spent part of the money on this really cool stamp set...I loved it the minute I saw it: I used one of the stamps to make this card along with some scraps on my table that I gathered while cleaning off a spot to work from...I've noticed lately that layering border strips are so popular right now, so I thought I'd give it a try:
I also got out my Bazzill stitching template to punch around the circle sentiment so that I could add some orange backstitching....I love the effect. I purchased this floral paper some time ago during the Shop Hop, but I can't remember what line it is from. The scalloped edge strips are from SU's scallop edge punch.
Hi! Welcome to my little blog. This is the space where I organize all of my craftiness while I dabble in a multitude of fun things including papercrafts, sewing, photography, baking, thrifting, junking, organizing, raising two girls while sharing my life with an incredibly loving husband. I hope you enjoy what you see because I really enjoy sharing what I do!
