Hey there! I decided to participate in Kristina Werner's Color Challenge #50 - this is a first for me, but she's got some fabulous prizes, so be sure to check them out! Here are the color swatches for her challenge:
And, here's what I came up with:

And here's the close up:

This challenge was a great one! I love all the colors and I also love pin cushion that was her inspiration piece. The brighter colors have definitely been calling my name lately. Kristina's work is awesome and I am so glad I could participate!

Supplies include: Patterned paper - yellow: Bo Bunny, blue: unknown, brown, white & red: DCWV, Flower - Prima Essentials, Chipboard - Heidi Swapp, Scallop punch - Stampin' Up, Swirl die - Sizzix, Scallop Circle - Spellbinders, Rub-on - Doodlebug

Hi Carla,
Thank you for your sweet comments on my blog! :-) It's always fun to see what other people come up with and I really like your card! I was checking out your blog, too, and enjoyed reading your favorite quotes. I'm not very adept at adding new pieces to my blog, so do you mind me asking how you added the quote section and the music to your blog? Thanks for your help! Jennie

What a cute card Carla!! I love the scallops up the left side and how you did the flower. I thought the colors this week were definetely a challenge. It seems a little harder to me with five colors in the mix. Well, I wish you all the luck. Lots of awesome entries this time for sure! It's a great way to celebrate #50!
